The New Generation of “Transaction Comparables”
Use the new “Building type” and “Building area” filters to search more specifically for comparable properties that are similar to your property in terms of location, size and building type.
Transparent Insights via Infobox: Discover Purchase Prices and Yields
The dynamic info box automatically adapts to the selected polygon and comparable properties. With a clear display of purchase price ranges, average purchase prices and average yields, it gives you a precise overview of the market at all times.
The hit list classifies the comparative properties found into three categories:
- A = Purchase price known: Properties for which the purchase price is available.
- B = Valuation known: Properties for which a valuation is available.
- C = Transaction without price: Investment properties for which neither the purchase price nor the valuation is known.
- D = Other comparable properties: Properties for which only area information is available.
You can deselect properties that are not relevant to you by unchecking the box next to the property. The info box updates in real time, giving you full control over your analysis.
Charts: Discover Price and Yield Trends at a Glance
In addition to comparative data, easy-to-read charts show the development of purchase prices, market values and yields over the last few years. Follow the price movement of individual properties using historical values. Move the mouse over a point in the graph to highlight the entire line. The point on the far right always shows the current value, while the points on the left show the property’s historical values. This gives you key information about market trends at a glance.
