New Data Partnership With Sprengnetter
IZ Research is expanding its data offering through a partnership with Sprengnetter, one of the most important data providers for the German real estate market. The cooperation offers IZ Research clients in-depth analysis of the housing market down to the micro level. As part of this cooperation, Sprengnetter provides extensive data and prices from over 2.4 million transactions, which are generated via the Sprengnetter Automated Valuation Model (AVM) using AI-supported processes. The AVM integrates purchase and asking prices as well as rental data for condominiums, single-family homes and multi-family homes and thus offers extremely differentiated and up-to-date market insights. Sprengnetter data is now available via the “Residential market table” of the “Cities” and “Properties” applications from IZ Research and offers aggregated purchase and rental data at city, municipality and zip code level.
The Sprengnetter data can also be viewed in the new “Location Analysis” feature of IZ Research, the flexible modular solution for creating market and location analyses. Select the providers and KPIs in the configuration. In the “Diagrams” tab, you can see the relevant values clearly presented in diagrams. Compare the data of your previously selected submarkets and the ratings of the various market data providers with each other.
Your benefit: As a customer, you can configure everything yourself and display several submarkets at the same time. You can also flexibly show and hide individual graphs in the diagram view to customize your analysis.
