The reports are generated daily in the morning based on market and baseline data from IZ Research and are therefore updated daily.
Five reports for quick market overviews
- Prime retail locations
Which retail locations command the highest prime rents? The report sets the highest prime rent as an index value of 100 and ranks the remaining locations accordingly.
- Best logistics regions
Which regions are currently seeing the strongest growth in prime rents? The report highlights the regions with the highest year-on-year increase compared with the same quarter of the previous year.
- Residential growth cities
Which cities are experiencing particularly strong growth in property prices? The analysis covers cities with a population of 20,000 or more – broken down into flats and detached houses.
- Top Project Developers
Who are the most active project developers? The top 20 are ranked by new-build floor area. The report also details the number of projects, cities and building types.
- Real Estate Investments
What were the 20 largest German property purchase transactions over the past twelve months? In addition to the purchase price, the report also lists the buyer, seller and type of investment.
Where can I find the IZR reports?
Getting started is very simple:
1. Select ‘Reports’ from the main navigation bar.
2. Click on the report tile you want.
3. The Excel file will be downloaded straight away.
The report overview shows five tiles with the category, title and a brief description – providing a quick overview and direct access to the report you want. The reports themselves are predefined and cannot be filtered or sorted individually.

They are ideal for anyone who wants to gain relevant market insights quickly – whether for an initial overview, to compare current trends, or as a sound basis for further analysis.
