Users can download the results as a “quick exposé” as an Excel file and use them individually.

The “Transaction Comps” module shows you properties that are comparable to your property in terms of location, size and market conditions and have recently been sold or valued. You can use the comparative data from IZ Research to create a precise estimate of the value and yield of your property or investment project. To do this, define the most important KPIs such as price, area size and radius or submarket.

Market data: Decide with foresight

We make what we know visible to you. The Market Data module gives you access to all the market data available in IZ Research. Analyse your chosen location and visualise the relevant values in diagrams. Compare different submarkets or the ratings of different providers and gain deep insights into your selected market area.

During development, we placed great emphasis on intuitive usability. The module consists of three components: configuration, map view and chart view. This modular structure allows you to maintain an overview even with a large amount of selected data.

Configuration: Your analysis, your choice.

You decide what you want to analyse: Which submarkets and market segments are relevant? Which provider ratings do you want to look at? And which values do you want to compare in the charts? For example, for the Office asset class, you can choose from the following categories for the charts:

Map view: Focus on your selection.

The map view displays only the submarkets and categories you have selected. This view gives you a clear overview of your selection, ideal for later analysis in the chart view.

Tip: If you decide you don’t want to analyse a category, simply click to uncheck it in the map view and your dashboard will update automatically.

Chart view: Convincing figures.

Here you can see the relevant values clearly presented in charts. Compare the data for the submarkets you have selected and the evaluations of the various market data providers.

Your benefit: As a client, you can configure everything yourself and display various submarkets at the same time. You can also show and hide individual graphs in the chart view to customise your analysis.
