The new Word export allows a fully customisable analysis in your own corporate design, while the expanded modules and new theme maps offer deeper market and location assessments. Location Analysis more flexible than ever – with new Word export

The new Word export allows you to customise your location analysis. Configure content directly in the digital dashboard and export the analysis as a fully editable Word document. Your benefits at a glance:
  • Flexible chapter structure: Simply drag and drop to move, add or remove chapters.
  • Select specific market data: Decide which sub-markets and providers are relevant to your analysis.
  • Edit Word file: Customise text and formatting.
  • Use the white label option: Create location analyses in your own corporate design.
By the way: All adjustments you make in the dashboard will be transferred one-to-one to the Word export – including the table of contents!

New theme maps for extended market analyses

In addition to the new modules, additional theme maps have been integrated. These maps are available both in the location analysis and in the IZ Research map manager.

POI Scoring: Transport connections and Infrastructure at a glance

The “POI Scoring” theme map provides a detailed overview of a location’s accessibility and assesses its proximity to key infrastructure points such as local public transport, food supply and restaurants. It allows for a quick assessment of location qualities and reveals opportunities and challenges at an early stage.

Developers get a data-driven basis for assessing the accessibility of a location – a key factor in the attractiveness of new developments.
