In 2021, we received a growing number of requests for an integrated news and source archive in addition to the standard data analysis. This archive would ideally be integrated into the IZ Research application and would make it no longer necessary to constantly jump back and forth from IZ Research to IZ.de.
We have also significantly expanded the data content of our technical interface (API). You can now also access all structural data as well as market data on the asset classes office, retail, hotel, industry & logistics and residential, which are displayed on the detailed pages of IZ Cities, via API. The data content and data volume offered reflect the current data scope of IZ Cities.
Your research booster with a download function of the market and structural data tables on IZ Cities is now available in IZ Research.
IZ Cities now offers market data on all major asset classes. By adding data on logistics & industry, IZ Research has further enhanced its coverage. From now on, you will not only find market data on the asset classes office, retail, hotel and residential in IZ Cities, but also on logistics & industry.
The option of being able to draw your own market area (polygon) on the IZ Properties map provides our clients with a useful tool in Version 4.4 of IZ Research, which can help them to significantly optimise their market and property analysis.
