Although the Expo is now over for this year, we are still working towards the end of the year to optimise IZ Research to meet your needs. We returned home from the trade fair with a suitcase full of suggestions and requests and are now in the process of investigating and implementing them.
The first results can already be presented to you this year with Release 2.1. The IZ Locations app now contains office market data on all A and B locations as well as numerous C and D locations.

Market data on the office property asset class at a glance!
What does this mean? IZ Locations presents a summary of the office market in Germany in one overview. Among other things, top and average rents, yields, vacancies, construction space and take-up are shown.
At present there is access to office market data for all A and B locations as well as numerous C and D locations – sorted chronologically according to overall or submarkets.
