Our developers are busy implementing your requests. With the update of IZ Research to version 1.1 in IZ Comparables you can now:
- save individual selections and search queries,
- obtain more comprehensive information in the “Players” tab, and
We would now like to present the new features to you in detail. Try out the new features right away – we look forward to your feedback!
Save search entries
Save your individual searches and access them at any time. How does it work? After you have carried out a search in IZ Comparables and set filters, click on “My searches” in the top right-hand corner.
There you can select “Save search”, save several search results and also name them individually. In future, you will find your saved queries under “My searches” and can revisit them there at any time.
New functions in the Players tab
In your search results, you will now find a complete list of results in the “Players” tab under “Show all”.
In addition, you can carry out further, individual filtering in IZ Comparables based on the results.
Click on the funnel symbol (1) to narrow down your search to the selected company. If you need further information on the company, simply click on the link symbol (2) and you will be taken to the company’s profile page.
New filters in Players
Our product is constantly evolving. As a result, our data editors have added four new filters to Players.
These are: Operators of care properties, property managers, general contractors and anchor tenants.
