We are constantly improving our services in order to tailor market analyses to your needs.<\/p>\n<p>Our research platform is now available in version 1.2. We have further improved the analysis tool of IZ Comparables for you. Let us introduce you to a selection of the most important new features.<\/p>\n<p>Note: For the best display of the preview films, please view them in full-screen mode and set the quality to 1080p (HD) in the YouTube settings of the respective video (via the &#8220;cogwheel&#8221;).<\/p>\n<h4>Structural data now available<\/h4>\n<p>In future, you will find comprehensive structural data for the last seven years (2010 &#8211; 2017) in IZ Comparables on each detail page of a German property for the respective city.<\/p>\n<p>This includes: demographic data on population development and structure (households), current data on the labour market as well as key figures on purchasing power, the construction industry and the use of land (click on &#8220;full screen&#8221; to enlarge):<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"2018 05 Strukturdaten\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WQ7Dy3lFuFA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Now search for comparable properties throughout Germany<\/h3>\n<p>From now on you can also search for &#8220;Germany&#8221; or the 16 federal states (e.g. Hesse, Bavaria, Saxony) in IZ Comparables. This gives you the opportunity to compare properties throughout Germany or to select according to your individual needs.<\/p>\n<p>For example, you can now display all commercial properties in Germany that are more than 5,000 m2 in size and have been traded as a purchase\/portfolio acquisition in the last 24 months.
