From the new theme map on important location factors and points of interest to the relaunch of Players and the new version of the Housing Market Analysis, you will find a wide range of new applications and data. Overview of our product improvements in 2023<\/h2>\n

Improvement of the “Properties<\/a>” application: Filter for status\/construction history, certificates and statistics<\/h3>\n

We focused in particular on improving the “Properties<\/a>” application and added the “Status\/Building history” filter for a comprehensive analysis based on the life cycle of properties. We have also integrated certificates for sustainable and digitally networked commercial properties from nationally and internationally recognised certification organisations. Based on the data from IZ Research, you will find our new graphical analyses under the Statistics tab, which provide you with information about market developments in the submarket at a glance. This includes data on yields, building rents, market values and vacancy rates, which are now even better illustrated using graphics.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Release of map manager with maps on standard land values, flood hazards and location factors<\/h3>\n

A complete map manager! The new map manager offers a clearly structured and intuitive application for searching and displaying themed and background maps. In addition to yield maps, it can also be used to call up themed maps on flood hazards, standardised land values, location factors and isochrones. A new addition is the “Measure distances and calculate areas or perimeters” function within the maps.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Relaunch of Players<\/h3>\n

The relaunch of the new version of the “Players<\/a>” application was also an important milestone for IZ Research this year. It now offers an improved presentation of the players in the property market along the property life cycle with a stronger focus on the respective role of a player and their role-specific key figures, such as the number of properties\/project developments, turnover by volume of space or values, including the change in these values in the selected period under review. In this way, we can contribute to greater transparency on the property market in Germany and help you to find the right partners. New Housing Market Analysis goes live<\/h3>\n

Together with the team from the IIB Institute, we went live with the new Housing Market Analysis<\/a> just in time for Expo Real. The new Housing Market Analysis, featuring a new interactive dashboard, provides you with all relevant information on the analysed property at a glance. Further information can be found here.
\nIn addition to the continuous content and technical development of IZ Research, we have also expanded our network in the property industry through memberships and data cooperations.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Broader data content thanks to new data cooperations<\/h3>

We have been able to gain new data co-operation partners such as empirica regio, GARBE Industrial and WiredScore. As a result, we have significantly expanded the data content in the “Cities<\/a>” and “Properties<\/a>” applications.<\/p>

Sponsoring membership of gif e.V.<\/h3>

Since April 2023, IZ Research, and with it Immobilien Zeitung, have been a supporting member of the Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung (German Society for Property Research gif e.V.) and thus aim to foster close cooperation between science and practice.<\/p>

Events for our clients: Expo Talk, product training and webinars<\/h3>

At Expo Real, we held our first Expo Talk for you, our clients. It took place on the first day of the fair at the Immobilien Zeitung stand. We also organised webinars on selected specialist topics and product training sessions and gave participants practical tips and tricks for using IZ Research.<\/p>

We can therefore look back on a successful year in which we worked with motivation and dedication to implement numerous improvements. It has been our pleasure to work for you and with you.<\/p>
