A new look at the players in the real estate market<\/h2>\r\nThe relaunch of the “Players” application on IZ Research offers you an extended insight into the world of real estate players over the entire real estate life cycle. We have now included a special focus on the specific role of a player and their respective key figures. These include, for example, the number of properties and project developments, turnover by area volume as well as their changes in the selected period under review.<\/i>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Compare players with each other<\/h3>\n

Use the application to find out which players are currently acting as both buyers and sellers, as well as which players have increased or reduced their activities in the last 3, 6 or 12 months or in the last 5 years. Find out which players own the most real estate in a specific asset class according to IZ Research and who is building new real estate in Germany, where and at what value.<\/p>\n

Filter and select<\/h3>\n

With our extended feature, players can be filtered according to various criteria. This includes their market role, associated sector, region (local, regional, national, international), areas and their changes, values and reference periods.<\/p>\n

In addition, there is now an overview of the properties and project developments associated with the player acting as a buyer for example, which in turn can be analysed and displayed in more detail by switching to the Properties application.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Player profiles in detail<\/h3>\n

The players detail page offers you a comprehensive profile of the player you are looking for in their various roles and in relation to their real estate activities. Here you can find out in which roles they appear and in which cities and asset classes they are or were active.<\/p>\n

You can adjust the period under review to analyse different time periods. In addition, there is an overview of the properties and project developments associated with the player in their role as buyer for example.
