Property-related data as well as transaction reports<\/strong>, which we collect from articles in the Immobilien Zeitung and other publications of the dfv Mediengruppe such as Textilwirtschaft, Lebensmittel Zeitung or AHGZ, are fed into IZ Research on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

In addition, we also process daily transaction and project reports that reach us or are researched by our data editorial team.<\/p>\n

Transaction and property data from fund and annual reports<\/strong> \u2013 depending on the date of publication \u2013 is also continuously collected and uploaded to IZ Research immediately after collection. In this way we guarantee the highest possible level of up-to-date data.<\/p>\n

The structural data is obtained directly from the official German (regional statistics<\/strong> RegioStat<\/strong>), so that it can be imported directly<\/strong> and in an up-to-date<\/strong> form into IZ Research and corresponds to the publication status of the official statistics. Further structural and market data from NEXIGA GmbH are subject to an annual update cycle, which is uploaded to IZ Research by the end of the second quarter of a year at the latest.<\/p>\n

Property-related data<\/strong> as well as transaction reports, which we collect from articles in the Immobilien Zeitung and other publications of the dfv Mediengruppe, are fed into IZ Research on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

Transaction and project reports<\/strong> that reach Immobilien Zeitung but are not used editorially are uploaded to IZ Research no later than four days after the reports have been validated.<\/p>\n

Transaction and property data from fund and annual reports<\/strong> \u2013 depending on the date of publication \u2013 is also continuously collected and uploaded to IZ Research immediately after collection. In this way we guarantee the highest possible level of up-to-date data.<\/p>\n

The updated structural data<\/strong> is compiled from the official statistics and published on IZ Research immediately after publication by the statistics authority RegioStat. The annual data here usually refer to the previous year, provided that the data is subject to an annual publication cycle.<\/p>\n

When compiling market data<\/strong> for the asset classes office, retail, residential and hotel, previous year\u2019s figures are imported after publication by the primary source at the beginning of the current year (e.g. annual figures from 2020 are imported in Q1 2021).
